Santop Teambuilding Group was founded in June 2000. It is the largest “team-building system solutions provider.” of east China. There are six core products : “MBM teambuilding course”,“MBM meetings and events design",“MBM  TBS”,“MBM TCC”,“MBM EAP”,“MBM  E-learning”.
  Santop people take the enterprise culture “focus, innovation, action, and win-win” as their own codes of conduct, take “build 100-year teamwork and create social well-being” as the enterprise mission, and  create the "the leading brand of China- experience service products.”
   Santop is growing bigger these years.focusing on the Yangtze River Delta economic center, taking Shanghai as its headquarter, building branches and offices in Hangzhou, Suzhou, Wenzhou, Taizhou, Shaoxing, Ningbo and other places, it is now becoming the main force of  eastern China enterprises team-building as well as the whole country.

It has set an education and training union with Fudan University, Zhejiang University and other key state institutions and has been to a team-building suppliers of American Citibank, German Bayer  and other world top 500 enterprises. In 2006 it joined the ASTD (American Society for Training and Development Association).
