Our instructors are professional team management trainer, proficient psychological consultants and wilderness athletes. They come from different cultures and backgrounds, and got various types of work experience and to be highly competent in safety monitor, leadership and team development, technical skills, and experiential philosophy. Also, our instructors continually update their skills and knowledge through independent training, or staff development opportunities provided by authorized institutions.

Safety is our number one priority, thus our instructors are trained to adhere to the strict safety rules and procedures. Equipments and facilities, which are all imported from the Italy and France, would be tested and maintained regularly by our professionals.
