1. What is Santop Outward Bound Training course like?
On every Outward Bound Training course you learn by doing.
You’ll be challenged as a team and improve the effectiveness of the teamwork through tailor designed programs according to specific company culture and its concept. Participants would highly enjoy the beautiful sites with mountains, lake, sea, etc, to complete some interesting and achievable programs, then improve the teambuilding and learn how to challenge ourselves, enforce teamwork and inspire potential.

2.Which kind of products you specialized on?
We are more concentrate on supporting the HR department of any companies to develop and maintain the teambuilding. For nowadays, we have specialized on five teambuilding programs, and each program concludes various kinds of courses. Five teambuilding programs are such as INDOOR teambuilding, BASE teambuilding, APPOINTED teambuilding, ORIENTEERINGS teambuilding and SESSION teambuilding. 3. Do I have to be strong or an athlete?
Absolutely not. For most courses, you just need to be in basic good health. Participants with a wide range of physical abilities could successfully met the challenges of different programs, however, the better shape you’re in, the more comfortable you’ll be. We have developed a lot of programs requires even little stamina.

4. Will I be safe?
Safety is the number one priority at Outward Bound Training. Our highly trained instructors with many years of experiences make sure all activities adhere to strict safety guidelines. All the outward equipments and facilities are all imported from Italy and France, and these would be tested and maintained regularly by our professionals.

5. Who are the instructors?
Our instructors are not only skilled, dedicated, and caring outdoor educators, but also  are professional team management trainer, proficient psychological consultants and wilderness athletes. They come from different cultures and backgrounds, and got various types of work experience and to be highly competent in safety monitor, leadership and team development, technical skills, and experiential philosophy. Also, our instructors continually update their skills and knowledge through independent training, or staff development opportunities provided by authorized institutions.

6. How do I sign up ?
Have a look through the site to see which courses interest your company. Once you’ve made your choice, just call at our branches which nearby you, and our Training consultant will help you make a proposal, then arrange the course delivery. The telephone number refers to contact us. clickable


7. What if I am afraid of heights, cold, or ...?
Some of participants feel a little apprehensive for some programs at the beginning. Don’t worry too much, all tasks are achievable. And for those who are afraid of heights, it’s a good chance for you to solve this problem.

8. Will I got insurance during the training days?
Yes, of course.  We will help each person to pay 5 RMB/person, and got total accident insurance premium 10,0000RMB from 平安保险．

9. How many bases do you have?
Until now, we totally had eight bases, such as Qiandao Lake in Zhejiang province, South-North Lake, Hangzhou Jiuxi base, Huadu base in Guangzhou, Wenzhou Yaoxi base, Tonglu Orienteering base, Shajiabang in Shanghai province and Sanyawan base in Hannan province. All these bases are surrounded by beautiful scenery.

10. How about the lodging in your bases, is it comfortable?

11. How would you guarantee the effectiveness of the training?
In our company, we had developed a control system in the whole process of the training, including preliminary investigation, needs analysis, tailored design, proper delivery and performance evaluation. We are delivering the programs according to specific participated enterprise’s vision and its culture. Normally speaking, the average of satisfaction level could be reached to 95%, and we’ll continue work hard to provide best service for our clients.

12. How would you charge the money?
Before delivering the training service, we would make a treaty with our clients. Within three days after signing the treaty, the customers pay out 50% of the training fee and the total amount of agent service fee, such as costs of meals, accommodations, fare, boarding fee, etc. The remaining part of training fee should be paid within three days after taking the training courses.

13. What is the price of training?
The amount of training fee depends on the needs of the clients, the specific tailored design and delivery of the service. We provide our clients with high quality training service ensured by continue update of our instructors, strictly operation rules, professional equipments, etc.

14. Will you send certificates for participants?
Santop teambuilding Consulting Co., Ltd. will send certificates for participants according to participated duration and courses from the level of one star to seven star.

15. Why it is necessary for a company to accept outward training even we had training department?
Each course is uniquely shaped by the characteristics of each company’s culture. For nowadays, Training department in companies are mostly concerntrated on skill or management training. However, people have realized that teamwork is so important in each company, and we are specilized on studying this issue for enterprises or any organization, so it's necessary for them to take outward training from professional Outward Bound comany.

Another reason is that we found participants are more likely to accept knowledge of teamwork from these kind of activities. It's effective not only because of the tailored-course, but also because participants felt they are accepting new things from strange instrustors whose idea is more objective.
